GMAW (MIG) Welding Process

The GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding) process, commonly known as MIG welding, is valued for its versatility, high productivity and ability to weld a wide range of metals and material thicknesses.

GMAW welding services are widely used for structural metal fabrication, industrial components and production welding where efficiency and consistent weld quality are required.

This process is commonly performed by an experienced GMAW welder for structural fabrication, equipment manufacturing and industrial welding applications, including carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

At Canadian Pressure Welding Contracting Ltd., GMAW welding services are executed by certified welders, in compliance with CSA standards, CWB W47.1 and Technical Safety BC (TSBC) requirements, under controlled QA/QC systems, supporting both client-managed quality programs and full welding delivery.
