FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) is one of the most productive arc welding processes for structural and industrial applications. Using a flux-filled tubular electrode, FCAW delivers high deposition rates, strong weld integrity and reliable arc stability, making it a preferred choice for field welding, heavy fabrication and structural steel work across Vancouver and the Lower Mainland.

At CPW Contracting, FCAW structural welding is performed by qualified welders under approved Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), with QA/QC documentation available for project-specific requirements.
