The GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding) process, also known as TIG welding, is commonly used for stainless steel welding and aluminum welding, where precision, control and weld integrity are critical. Using a non-consumable tungsten electrode and an inert shielding gas such as argon or helium, GTAW welding services deliver clean, high-quality welds for stainless steel, aluminum and specialty alloys.

This process is performed by an experienced GTAW welder for applications requiring high-integrity joints, dimensional accuracy and aesthetic weld quality, including industrial components, piping and precision fabrication.
At Canadian Pressure Welding Contracting Ltd., GTAW welding services are executed by qualified welders, in compliance with CSA standards, CWB W47.1 and Technical Safety BC (TSBC) requirements, under controlled QA/QC systems, supporting both client-managed quality programs and full welding delivery.
CPW Contracting LTD provides code-governed industrial welding, pressure systems, and structural steel services across Vancouver and the Lower Mainland.
We manufacture and develop metal structures that range from small designs to huge engineering projects.
