The MMA (Manual Metal Arc) gouging process is commonly used for industrial welding Vancouver and field welding services involving controlled metal removal and weld preparation. Using coated electrode and compressed air, MMA gouging allows precise material removal with the same equipment used for manual stick welding, configured specifically for gouging operations.
This process is performed by an experienced MMA welder for weld defect removal, joint preparation, back-gouging, and field fabrication, particularly in structural and industrial applications.
