MMA process (gouging)
Manual stick welding (MMA) service in the gouging process involves the use of a coated electrode to make cuts or metal removal on a workpiece. In this process, the operator uses a hose with pressurized air and the use of the coated electrode with the same equipment as in conventional MMA welding, but with specific configurations to allow the gouging operation. During gouging, the end of the electrode generates an electrical arc with the workpiece, melting and removing metal as it goes. This method is effective for tasks such as preparing welds, removing defects, or forming metal parts.
We manufacture and develop metal structures that range from small designs to huge engineering projects.
